We choose the lives we live.
We choose what we will eat, drink, look at, listen to, watch in the movie theater, how long we’ll sleep, what we will put our energy into and where we will direct our attention.
We choose our life every day. It’s a fact.
So what life are you choosing to live?
If you don’t have the life you want, then your choices are perpetuating the very situation, circumstance and condition you are in.
Make new choices that are congruent and consistent with the life you want to live and who you really want to be.
For example, if you say “Ok, Jen, I want to be a millionaire.” I’ll say: “Desire is not enough.”
You have to make the choices, take the actions and do what a millionaire would choose in the situation you are in. If you are not sure what they’d do, ask one. If you don’t know any, then get to know them. Observe them. Read about them. Watch what they do and learn how they do it.
Financially strapped by your circumstances?
It is what it is. Start from here. Make the choice to start from where you’re standing. You’re going to have to start from there anyway, no matter how you slice it.
And you can STILL do it! even if you’re financially strapped. Many others before you have come from nothing or even less than nothing and become wealthy.
