When I set out to write my first book, Dating Your Money: How to Build a Long-Lasting Relationship with Your Money in 8 Easy Steps, I gathered a team of traditional publishing experts in each area required. We sat down and I declared that I would write, publish and produce this book and get full distribution and publicity for it in 90 days.
I also set out to set up my own publishing company and make a professional audio recording of the book in the same 90 days. I was running my own financial planning practice at the time with a full staff too.
I said it, we did it, and that book went onto win two award recognitions from the distinguished USA Book Awards and become a beloved series.
